Leslie Vernon needs a Sequel

Found this kicking around on my hard drive. Had kinda forgotten I drew this. I think I planned on doing more slashers in this style but Mr. Vernon was too good and I couldn't get any more drawn to match. I still don't understand how Behind the Mask: The rise of Leslie Vernon isn't more popular. 

They are trying to get money together for a sequel but that's the last I've heard about it. If you haven't see Behind the Mask yet, do it. Its an amazing flick. 

Monstars: Behind the Mask: The Rise of Leslie Vernon (2006)

Behind the Mask is one of my favorite modern slasher flicks. I really don't understand why the movie went straight to DVD, it really deserved a theatrical release. If you haven't seen it yet and like horror flicks, especially slasher movies you owe it to your self to check it out. Especially now that there might be a sequel in the works. It definitely deserves a sequel. I thought it did a much better job of playing with and explaining the "rules" of the genre then the Scream series
