Just drew this weird guy, no real reason behind it. I was listening to the Paul F. Tompkins' Pod F. Tompkast. While drawing this. The king hat thing is from his "Laboring Under Delusions" DVD. I find him hilarious. I just discovered his comedy last year thanks to Leigh Young introducing me to the Thrilling Adventure Hour.
